KeyOnTheGo API: mandatory field check corrected

When creating a signature request via the KeyOnTheGo app, the API previously treated personnel number and personnel name as mandatory. By contrast, the portier Vision application allows these fields to be left empty. If one of the fields was missing, the API incorrectly returned a 400 BAD REQUEST. This has been fixed.

Automatic correction of key status inconsistencies

We had observed an increasing number of cases where keys were marked as issued but at the same time still listed as "in stock", or vice versa. With the new portier.exe a background script runs automatically during the update, detecting known inconsistencies and cleaning up the status data, fully automated, with no manual intervention required.
